As such, Tridev cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the products have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
- Delivery Authorization: Our shipping policy operates under a contract of carriage, meaning that the responsibility of the product’s safe delivery shifts to you upon its transfer to the carrier. We are not responsible for goods signed by someone other than the person who placed the order at the provided address. It is important that the designated recipient is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
Incorrect Address and Non-Redirection Policy
At Tridev, we understand that mistakes can happen. However, it is essential to note that all transactions are authorized by the cardholder, and therefore, Tridev is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at the time of order placement. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order to avoid any potential issues.
- Non-Redirection: Once your order has been dispatched, it will NOT be redirected or redelivered to any other address under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the address provided during checkout.
City-Specific Delivery
We strive to ensure that our products reach every corner of the country. However, delivery of selected products is limited to the cities where they are listed as “available” on our website.
- City Availability: Before placing your order, please check the product’s availability in your city. Orders placed for cities outside the listed availability zones will not be processed, and Tridev will not be responsible for any inconveniences arising from such orders.

- Consequences: To protect the interests of all our customers, we reserve the right to apply a delivery charge of Rs. 149 on all orders for accounts with a history of excessive returns or refusals to accept deliveries. Additionally, we may disable the cash-on-delivery option for such accounts. This policy ensures that our returns process remains fair and equitable for everyone.
Order Value Calculation
The value of your order is calculated after applying any applicable discounts, VAT/GST, or other charges. This final order value is used to determine eligibility for free shipping or any other promotions.
Delivery Process and Tracking Information

- Courier Partners: All orders placed on our website are dispatched through reputable courier partners, including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DHL, Xpressbees, VRL, and others. These partners are selected based on their ability to deliver products swiftly and securely across various locations.

Changing Your Delivery Address

Please note that additional charges may apply if the new address is in a different delivery zone or requires special handling.
Handling Damaged Parcels
At Tridev, we take great care to ensure that your orders are securely packaged. However, in the rare event that you receive a parcel that appears to be damaged, tampered with, or pilfered, we have a strict protocol to handle such situations.
- Reporting Damaged Parcels: If you notice any signs of pilferage, leakage, or tampering with your parcel, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Any claims made after this period will not be entertained.
- Investigation Process: During our investigation, we request that you adhere to the following guidelines:
- Do not use the item for which the claim is being raised.
- Provide a short description of the issue, including details that will help us understand the situation better.
- Submit clear snapshots of the packet and any other boxes (if applicable), especially any sides that appear tampered with or damaged.
- Refund Processing: Refunds for prepaid or cash-on-delivery orders will be processed after the investigation is complete. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Eligibility: Please note that you may not be eligible for a refund if:
- You fail to provide sufficient information about the issue.
- You do not provide the required snapshots of the packet and box (if applicable).
- You fail to report the pilferage/leakage on the same day of delivery.
- You dispose of the packaging within 3-4 days post-delivery, as we may need to collect it for our investigation.
International Shipping
