30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy to provide you with peace of mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any new, unused, and resalable items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any actual shipping costs we incurred. We stand by the quality of our products, and if the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
- Eligible Items: To qualify for a return, items must be in unused, new condition, and still in their original packaging. Please refrain from assembling or modifying the product in any way, as this will void your eligibility for a return.
- Exclusions: Custom items are non-returnable. This includes kits and any linear products that have been cut shorter than their manufactured length.
Defective or Damaged Products
We strive to deliver products in perfect condition, but in the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we are here to help. Our primary goal is to get the product repaired. However, if repair is not possible, we will promptly arrange for a replacement.
Step 1: Initial Contact
If your product is under warranty and you discover a defect, please contact us immediately. Send an invoice, order ID, and three clear images of the defective product via WhatsApp to 9729451800. Step 3: Replacement Shipment
Upon receiving the defective product, we will immediately process your replacement. The good product will be dispatched to your address within 1-2 working days, and we will cover the courier charges for this shipment. Our goal is to ensure you receive a fully functional product as quickly as possible.
Terms & Conditions
To ensure transparency and mutual understanding, please carefully review the following terms and conditions:
- Replacement Dispatch: We will dispatch the replacement product within 1-2 working days after we receive the faulty item.
- Return Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping the defective product back to us is to be borne by you, the customer. We will, however, cover the cost of sending the replacement product.
- Warranty Coverage: The warranty is provided once per product. No additional warranty will be issued for the replacement item.
- Courier Turnaround Time: We will send you the replacement product according to our standard courier turnaround time of 7-10 days.
- Warranty Exclusions: Please note that our warranty does not cover physical damage, spills, or products that have been burnt. Such items are not eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.
